Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the RUPEE website, browsing its content, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of this site and refrain from placing any order. Completion of a purchase constitutes irrevocable acceptance of these Terms as a binding legal agreement between you and RUPEE.

1. General Conditions

RUPEE reserves the right to refuse service to any person or entity, for any reason, at any time, without prior notice or obligation to explain. Any breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraudulent activity, chargebacks filed without basis, or misuse of our products — may result in immediate cancellation of your order, refusal of future service, and reporting to relevant payment processors.

2. Accuracy of Information

All content published on this site, including product descriptions, specifications, and images, is provided for general informational purposes. While RUPEE makes reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy, we do not warrant that any content is complete, current, or free of error. Reliance on any information provided on this site is at your sole risk. Minor discrepancies between product listings and physical products — particularly those inherent to the 3D printing manufacturing process — do not constitute misrepresentation and do not entitle the customer to a refund, return, or dispute.

3. 3D-Printed Product — Binding Disclosure

All RUPEE products are manufactured using Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printing technology. The following characteristics are inherent to this manufacturing process and are explicitly disclosed prior to purchase:

  • Visible layer lines on any surface
  • Minor color or texture variations between units or batches
  • Small seam lines or surface imperfections consistent with the printing process
  • Variation in magnetic closure strength between units

By accessing this site and completing a purchase, you acknowledge full awareness of these characteristics and waive any right to dispute, return, or claim a refund on the basis of them. This disclosure is provided in compliance with consumer transparency obligations and forms part of the binding purchase agreement.

4. Pricing & Modifications

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. RUPEE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any product, service, or promotion at any time, without liability to you or any third party. Discount codes and promotional pricing are time-limited, non-transferable, and subject to availability. RUPEE reserves the right to invalidate any discount code used in violation of its intended terms.

5. Product Display & Color Accuracy

RUPEE makes every reasonable effort to display products accurately. However, color rendering varies across screens, devices, and display calibrations. Visual differences between product images and the physical item — including those resulting from screen settings or 3D printing batch variation — do not constitute grounds for a return, dispute, or chargeback. This limitation applies to all product imagery, renders, and promotional content published on this site.

6. Order Cancellations & Refusals

RUPEE reserves the right to refuse, hold, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that:

  • Appear fraudulent or involve stolen payment credentials
  • Are placed in unusually high quantities without prior authorization
  • Are associated with a history of chargebacks, disputes, or policy abuse
  • Cannot be fulfilled due to inventory, technical, or operational reasons

In the event of a cancellation initiated by RUPEE, you will be notified at the email address provided at checkout and refunded in full within 5–10 business days. RUPEE assumes no further liability beyond this refund.

7. Errors & Omissions

Typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inaccuracies may occasionally appear on this site. RUPEE reserves the right to correct any such errors and cancel any affected orders — including after an order confirmation has been issued — without liability. If your order is cancelled for this reason, you will be notified and refunded in full. RUPEE is under no obligation to honor pricing or promotional terms published in error.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including but not limited to the RUPEE name, logo, product designs, photography, renders, and written copy — is the exclusive intellectual property of RUPEE. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. RUPEE's product designs are original creative works and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any third-party brand, trademark, or intellectual property holder.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RUPEE shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use — or inability to use — our products or this website. This includes, without limitation, damages resulting from:

  • Product misuse or use outside of recommended age and safety guidelines
  • Improper handling of magnetic components
  • Delivery delays or losses caused by carriers or customs authorities
  • Unauthorized use of the product by minors

RUPEE's total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

10. Safety & Misuse Disclaimer

This product contains small magnetic components and small collectible pieces. It is not suitable for children under 14 years of age. It must be kept away from individuals with pacemakers or other implanted magnetic-sensitive medical devices. By purchasing this product, you assume full responsibility for ensuring it is used safely and appropriately. RUPEE shall not be liable for any injury, harm, or damage resulting from misuse, use by individuals outside the recommended age range, or failure to observe safety guidelines.

11. Chargeback & Dispute Abuse

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason not explicitly covered under RUPEE's Return & Refund Policy constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service. RUPEE reserves the right to contest all such disputes using full documentation, including these Terms, your acceptance at checkout, delivery confirmation records, and all order communications. RUPEE further reserves the right to permanently refuse service to any customer who files a fraudulent or bad-faith dispute.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable international commercial law. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting RUPEE at smithgeronimo0@outlook.com. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration before any legal or judicial action is pursued. RUPEE's total liability in any arbitration proceeding shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

13. Modifications to These Terms

RUPEE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication to this site. Your continued use of the site following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
