Scope & Binding Effect
This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the RUPEE website and all content, products, and services made available through it (hereinafter "the Site"). By accessing the Site in any capacity — whether as a visitor or a purchasing customer — you agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this Legal Notice. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.
This Legal Notice is to be read in conjunction with RUPEE's Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, all of which form part of the same binding legal framework governing your relationship with RUPEE.
1. Site Ownership
The Site is operated by RUPEE, an independent commercial entity dedicated to the design and sale of original consumer products. RUPEE operates exclusively under its own brand identity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by, or associated with any third-party brand, franchise, intellectual property holder, or entertainment company. Any resemblance between RUPEE products and elements from popular culture is incidental and does not constitute an affiliation, partnership, or license of any kind.
2. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights associated with the Site — including but not limited to its name, logo, product designs, photography, 3D renders, graphic design, written copy, and source code — are the exclusive property of RUPEE. These works are protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright law.
The following are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from RUPEE:
- Reproduction or copying of any Site content in any format or medium
- Distribution, sale, or commercial exploitation of any content or product design
- Public communication, broadcast, or display of any protected material
- Modification, adaptation, or creation of derivative works based on RUPEE's content or designs
- Use of RUPEE's name, logo, or product imagery for any commercial or promotional purpose
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
3. 3D-Printed Product — Legal Disclosure
All products sold through the Site are manufactured using Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printing technology. Characteristics inherent to this process — including visible layer lines, color variation, surface texture, and minor dimensional differences — are disclosed prior to purchase and are explicitly accepted by the customer upon completing a transaction. These characteristics do not constitute misrepresentation, defect, or grounds for any legal claim against RUPEE.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
RUPEE does not warrant that the Site will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RUPEE assumes no liability for:
- Damages arising from unavailability, interruption, or malfunction of the Site
- Loss of data resulting from use of or inability to access the Site
- Presence of malicious software, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the Site or third-party links
- Decisions made by users based on information published on the Site
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature
Use of this Site is entirely at the user's own risk.
5. Product Safety & Liability Limitation
RUPEE products contain small magnetic components and small collectible pieces. They are not suitable for children under 14 years of age and must be kept away from individuals with pacemakers or implanted magnetic-sensitive medical devices. RUPEE shall not be liable for any injury, harm, or damage resulting from:
- Use of the product by individuals outside the recommended age range
- Failure to observe safety guidelines disclosed on the Site and product listing
- Misuse, improper handling, or modification of the product after delivery
- Use of magnetic components in proximity to sensitive medical devices or electronic equipment
By purchasing from RUPEE, the customer assumes full personal responsibility for safe and appropriate use of the product.
6. Acceptable Use
Users agree to access and use the Site exclusively for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Use of the Site for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose
- Submission of false information at checkout, including shipping addresses or payment details
- Filing of bad-faith chargebacks or payment disputes in violation of RUPEE's Return & Refund Policy
- Any action intended to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Scraping, harvesting, or automated collection of any content or data from the Site
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate and permanent termination of access, cancellation of any pending orders, and referral to relevant legal authorities or payment processors.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to external websites operated by third parties. RUPEE assumes no responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party site. Accessing any external link from the Site is entirely at the user's own risk. The presence of a third-party link does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation of any kind.
8. Modifications to This Notice
RUPEE reserves the right to update or modify this Legal Notice at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication to the Site. Continued use of the Site following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Legal Notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this Notice periodically.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Legal Notice is governed by applicable international commercial law. Any dispute arising from access to or use of this Site shall be subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in RUPEE's Terms of Service, including the requirement for good-faith negotiation prior to any formal legal proceeding.
